Reactivating my graveyard shift lifestyle
I’m the type that’s usually up all night doing random BS stuff around my room.
My circadian rhythm has been shifting all over the place lately and I’m not really sleeping on a proper cycle, I’m sure I’m not the only one, but I’m kind of really napping on and off at random times in the week. So I thought I could just take this era and go ahead and reactivate the graveyard shift and work some overnights,; which kind of works out in my favor aside from the money portion, that I can get more work done with less distractions and I’m more prone to be awake to capitalize on my momentum.
It doesn’t necessarily pertain only to my working life environment, this goes for my workout regimen and lifestyle- and this goes for my dieting and eating habits, this goes for obtaining a better circadian rhythm - whether I actually nap on and off with a schedule or not, and other facets that I can manage with fewer distractions. Finances, School, Family event scheduling, alladat.
and thank God I’m getting back into working out and my bodys actually rewarding me very well for it; now I just need to up on my vitamins and nutrients that I’m lacking for my diet, because I know very well that most of the food I’ve been eating lately have not been very nutritional.
So while Im awake in the wee hours of the morning- I think it’ll open up time for more reflections on what im doing and where I want to be. BECAUSE THIS BODY GONE BE TIGHT BEFORE THE WINTER IS OVER. Screw saying Body by Summer. Get this shit down pat BEFORE summer. I want it before Spring even starts.
I can draw out a clear trajectory of what I wan to do and where I want to be scholastically, maybe journey out and see what other certifications I can rock. Maybe phlebotomy. I’ve always wanted to stick needles in people. 😈
