Shipping?
We ship via USPS for general orders, ground and free. Shipment dates and tracking order numbers are updated by USPS.
why?
USPS has a government contractual obligation to deliver to the nation, as a whole, regardless of cost; meaning that the little housing complex in rural Michigan or Alabama or deep in Texas can be in on all the online shopping fun too, and we just love that.
Beauxdacious.com will eventually utilize our American Express affiliations to ease with FedEx Parcel Shipments; these ‘AMEX elite’ shipments are processed through our FedEx affiliates on a standard of 3 day shipping (excluding holiday delays and days outside of business operation hours) excursion to the customer.
I ) Your Parcel should be concealed in a steel colored plastic packaging (reduces the need for boxes and extra space)
II ) Your tracking number will arrive within your second email upon order confirmation. Please keep an open eye out.
III ) Enjoy! Take pics! Contact us if anything differs from the norm or what you expected.
I need to change the address on my shipment! Who do I talk to?

Sooooo I still don’t see my tracking number?
Don't worry, we can find that for you * checks pockets * Just send a email to our customer support line and we can get it for you within 24 hours (including 24 hours after manufacturing time)
I haven’t received any updates for my order.
Don’t fret. Just hit our line and have your order number handy or show us your ruby receipt and someone can grab the info you need.
How long would it usually take to receive my pieces??
I hate to be the one to use the word unfortunately, but unless there are more obstacles than the usual COVID related roadblocks; we will do our best to have the pieces out and on their way to you within a week.
