Talkin’ back

I’ve been one to keep words to myself. Ive known words to hurt, harm or endanger others, and I don’t want to be the culprit. With that being said I want to reiterate on the years I’ve bitten my tongue.

Not that I have some true controversial topic that i’m about to explode over. It’s just a personal phase of mine (and other people), and what do I mean by phase you say? Means that there’s an end to it (at some point).

You’d be surprised where or when you’d get your new found strength to do what you haven’t and evolve into who you are, and when those times come you must see them as opportunities of growth rather than purposefully overcoming obstacles.

Now let’s get to talking’ back, because people be crazy out here, I’ve been talked upside my head crazy by someone half my age, and someone triple… and lemme tell you. You wanna smack either one regardless. And it’s apparent that they have a good mouth on them.

And bitch… So do I.

Have you ever had a bomb comeback buuuuuuuuuut it’s been like 3 hours since the confrontation? I’ll start up all that mess up just to get my words back in, THEN LEAVE.

Skip all that, get it out, right there. Im not saying pull out the pitchfork because they blinking wrong but.. dogs bark at each other, so why just get barked at (in human). It does wonders for your energy, when you don’t keep certain sentences that emote for you locked up inside. You start to feel that anxiety of what just was and what could’ve been, you’ll feel the hollowness of not fully expressing yourself while someone released all of their emotions on your piece of paper. It’s questioning but it happens. To me, more often than I’d like to accept. So, with the new vibe i’m feeling within myself- I feel equipped enough to not let it happen anymore

Lions roar… Don’t growl…

So I ask.. before you dip : Who’s tongue you biting’? Yours or theirs?
