The struggle of Dry Finger Detangling 🤧

you guys know I love to use tools to make anything I do easier, I mean C’mon. Wouldn’t you?

but what I’m about to get into… ain’t that. Dry Finger Detangling is a force to be reckoned with and I mean that with all the arthritis growing in my bones. It’s way easier using your fingers to work product through your hair from route to tip without managing to break every other strand you come in contact with. When you use tools like denmans and tangle teasers, yes try will knock out the elbow grease required, but sometimes, most times at the cost of your length.
i’m sure you’ve seen those hairballs you yank out of your brushes when youre done in the shower; Half of that could be saved just by taking a few extra minutes for your fingers to detangle, working your tips through the knots, preserving as much length as possible.

that’s the mission. That’s the point. That’s what it is.

now what’s this about dry finger detangling?

for the safe fact that your hair is more softer and brittle while wet, doing so while hair is dry and a little more rigid (not stronger) you’ll learn to feel the pull and ease of your stalrnads when working through a knot.
rather than working while wet and feeling (or not feeling with a detangling brush) each snap which if you’re like me, will frustrate you each time you notice how many snaps you ensue.

hmmmmm. Maybe Ill throw a cameo up to show what I mean for the people in the back. 😝 Stay tuned?
