Body Progress Shots

I really am proud of how far I came back with my body, of course there more work to do but you gotta admire yourself with every step to ensure you don’t lose that shine, that streak, that umph that you give yourself when you know you did that…!

at this point I’ve been working out for about a year and a half and for about six months I didn’t see much of any results, but then I spiked up my regimen, getting a few new pieces of equipment and things that I need for a work out that maximizes my effort. Whether this be some caffeine chews to give me energy if I need to work out after an overnight shift, or some workout gloves so that I make sure that my hands aren’t calloused and I can inherently go a little harder on my workouts.

maybe me and my road dog skin get pulled onto some pre-work out, protein powders, whey, and any other energized drinks that could probably boost a work out.
what would you use?
