Beauxregards Go-To Style
I stay with the mini twist set, and usually with a middle part. I’m still deciding how I’d like my hair to lay, but that’s if I can get it to lay in the first place.
if I do nothing else. It’s gone be some twists. I really need to do a update on how many twists I’d have in my head when I’m done, because the last set I did was about 60 twists- they had a little girth to go along with it, but my usual go-to twists are more skimpy.
makes for more volume for the style as a whole.
Most of the time when I twist my hair try to find a way to make it lay correctly, and I think I’m liking it laid to the left. I put a slight part on the right side right up the crown, which conditions the hair to lay towards the left.
A new trick I developed while I’m in the styling process, was wrapping the finished twists in a bantu knot. I learned that that keeps it from getting entangled with other strands and twists that youre working with, and once you get to a length like mine, that tends to happen more often than not.
I really didn’t stray too far from the norm of my routine so there’s not much to gossip about, but I did change up the products a little, and used the Cashmere + Caviar Hair Bath d Hair Silk to increase managability in the shower, and boy, did that sh*t work 😅. Now, its not my choice of detangler so I didn’t really go in heavy- with product, more like heavy with effort and finger detangling because I really wanted to focus on saving my hair strands from breaking off into my brush. More like feeling out each knot that I and and worked with it. That’s where the Hair Silk had it’s time to shine and it did. I could feel my hair become more supple the more I adding the product on little by little.
( It’s small bottle so I try my best not to be hefty or its gone in 2 showers )
The As I Am temp dye has been a little favorite of mine lately because it gives that extra hue to my dyed ends. and honestly makes a great ombre for them when I’m done styling completely.
